Held over a sunny weekend in November, the inaugural Art of Living event in Mount Macedon, Victoria,
saw Adelaide join forces with her three good friends and contemporaries – interior designer Charlotte Coote
of Coote & Co, interiors writer and columnist Melissa Penfold and landscape designer Paul Bangay – to impart
their shared wisdom on the concept of living well.
The weekend began with a private tour led by Charlotte of her country estate, Marnanie, followed by a talk on its expansive gardens by Paul. Guests were then treated to an amusing discussion on table etiquette and decoration by Melissa, before Adelaide and Charlotte shared their insights on the art of creating beautiful homes. The picturesque country setting, four knowledgeable hosts and glorious summer weather all combined to make the event a huge success.
